Floor Board & Brace Repairs.

This is the new Drivers side center brace positioned with new inner rocker panel

metal.

This is one of the larger pieces of the factory asphalt type floor insulation that was

destroyed in getting to the floorboards.  It will be replaced with some "updated"

sound deadening material.

The floorboards just inside the left rear door.  The next photo shows this

area cut out and the replacement metal laid to the side.

Left rear floor new metal repair in place.

Inside left rear door opening and left rear wheel housing.

New metal repair with nut inserts, in place.

New and old body braces in front of left rear wheel.  Next photo is this brace

displayed on floor.

Left rear wheel well housing area where rear seat bracket bolts in.  This area will be

repaired with new metal and then covered with new vinyl as it was from the factory.

The old piece and the new pieces, still needing spot welded together and the

seat base mounting holes drilled.  These pieces are floor displayed in next photo.

Repair in place.

This is the front corner of the rear side glass.  Most of this was covered by the

glass rubber moulding.  The right side has rust also but a smaller area.

This is a new brace for the rear corner of the body, just in front of the rear bumper.

The next photo shows this piece and the old one in place.  The right side is just as rusty

and is also being replaced.

Right side floor boards have smaller areas of rust but will require all the underbody

braces to be replaced as shown for the left side.  This is the passengers side front area.

All of this rust has been cut out and is getting new 18 gage metal.
